RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

​

While we offer the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures. We, unfortunately, have no control over other factors that affect the healing process. For example, the care of your brow and how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, Divine Strokes Microblading offers no guarantee for healed results.

Please be aware, additional touchups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look.

CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING BROW WORK

​

We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous work is too dark, discolored or misshaped, removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment with us to achieve the best results. Cover-ups may be possible if brows have faded at least 80% or more over the years. Corrective services are not offered at this time.

BOOKING FEE

​

Due to high appointment demand, all appointments require a booking fee (based on the services) to secure a booking. Booking fee's are non-refundable but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment with a 72hr notice. The booking fee will be deducted from the final cost at the time of your appointment.

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

​

As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel in less than 72 hours, your booking fee will be non-refundable.

​

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 10 minutes late may result in a booking fee forfeiture and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new booking fee if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to retain the booking fee for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without 72 hour cancellation notification. No call/ no show clients will not be able to rebook with Divine Strokes Microblading.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

​

We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the microblading process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

PRICING

Our prices are subject to change at any time. Please note that our online rates are estimates; final pricing will be discussed during your consultation based on desired results.

We accept cash and most major credit cards (Visa / MC / Amex). Checks are not accepted at this time .
